~there are no refunds so please make sure you are ready to start before making a payment!!!

ENROLLMENT TASK TWO

~mute your microphones when you are not speaking
~test your connection before the class starts, this includes your webcam, microphone, and Internet and Wi-Fi
~dress appropriately must be fully clothed no pajamas
~turn off other devices
~be mindful of background noise
~sign in using your first name and last name
~use zoom function to communicate if needed such as chat or to raise your hand etc.
~It is OK to sip coffee, juice, or water, there is no eating of food
~do not interrupt other people or attempt to speak over them
~be prepared show up on time be present always assume positive intent
~no profanity
~make sure you have no personal information that is visible
~remember that the comments and chats are public
~you must be present on video during the entire class
~keep people and pets off the screen
~do not share links and passwords to the links with anyone
~avoid attending in personal spaces such as a bedroom or bathroom
~make sure your camera is set to show your face. It is mandatory to be visible during class

~make arrangements for your children, your family members, and your pets while you are in class

~Complete/sign your waiver form (check your email)

~Be sure to read & sign the 'Pledge Form' (check your email)

~and lastly, the very last enrollment task is to watch the orientation video prepared and presented by Ann Perry

~once you have completed enrollment task 1 - 5 you are ready to start your class. Congratulations we look forward to serving you and we cannot wait to see you!
